Colin Woodcock – Managing Director
Colin came to Brighton as a computer studies student in 1980. He first invested in property in the city in 1994 and set up Yes Lets soon afterwards. Fortunately his property management and people skills are far superior to his guitar-playing skills, and Yes Lets now manages many large portfolios of properties across Brighton and Hove.
Jan Norris – Accountant
Jan makes sure all the numbers add up at Yes Lets. She qualified as an accountant in 1991 and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the National Landlords Association. She’s been working in the lettings and property industry in Brighton and Hove for many years and you will often see her on her bike, heading out of the city for a good cycle.
Alina Woodcock – Customer Services
Fluent in English, Russian, Turkish and some Azeri. International students from these parts of the world would be particularly welcomed by her as a chance to practise her language skills.
